Maid Job Description:

Maids are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the premises. They are required to work long hours with constant standing and exposure to various chemicals in cleaning supplies. It is the subcontractor's responsibility to make sure she is protected from the chemicals. This means wearing a protective covering when working with said chemicals and wearing a mask, if necessary. 

 

Residential Maid services workers clean homes. The initial visit to a client’s home will require a deep clean, which is a thorough cleaning of every accessible area of the home and even some moving of furniture to get under it. Our Standard Cleaning consists of mopping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning sinks, faucets, mirrors, appliances, and toilets, making the bed, and general cleaning throughout the house.

 

The client pays for additional services, which includes but is not limited to the following: 

Changing Bedsheets

Wash & Dry Laundry

Interior Window Cleaning

Dusting Blinds

Polish Wood Surfaces

Cleaning Interior of Cabinets

Fridge Cleaning

Oven Cleaning

Baseboard Cleaning

Cabinet Organization

 

Requirements:

Maids should possess thorough and high standards of cleanliness. Candidates also need stamina, as standing, bending, and crouching for extended periods constitute much of the work. Employees may work late hours. 

 

This job also requires an amount of adult entertainment in that you will be required to work in shorts & a low-cut t-shirt (similar to Hooter’s) or lingerie like a French Maid. You will be required to operate a smartphone or camera, set on a tripod for live video or recording for the client’s pleasure. 

 

Required Abilities:

 

1. Ability to operate a smartphone and/or video camera

2. Able to operate different types of cleaning equipment

3. Must be self-sufficient and able to work by oneself without direction or oversight

4. Must be honest and trustworthy - zero tolerance

5. Must have dependable transportation

6. Customer Service oriented

7. Legally authorized for work in the United States and have a clean background check

8. Dependable and hardworking

9. Able to lift up to 30 pounds

 

Preferred:

 

1. Comfortable working in homes with pets

2. Available occasional Saturdays

3. Experience in some facets of the adult entertainment industry or at the very least not shy about doing so

 

Pay:

Maids usually earn about $9.00-$15.00 per hour. However, at Dustbunnyz we incentivize our subcontractors to work at their peak performance by paying a percentage of the profit. This means the harder and more efficient a Maid works, the more pay she will receive. 

 

We start with a working interview to see how well the Maid works. The pay is 10%. We scale up from there. The larger the home, the more the revenue so the more the Maid gets paid. The best Maids will get the larger homes to work. 

 

Working doesn’t include just cleaning the home, it also includes interaction with the camera and the client behind the camera. In addition, there is always the opportunity for sales. A Maid can up-sell the client for add-on services, which are charged at a premium. She can also up-sell on-demand services to subscription services.
