Cleaning Options

We offer both an as-needed service and a subscription service.

We offer a standard cleaning service which includes mopping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning sinks, faucets, mirrors, appliances, and toilets, making the bed, and general cleaning throughout the house.

Before We Come

Please note that we will request photos of each room you desire to have cleaned. The first visit requires a deep-clean for an added minimum charge of at least $50 depending upon condition. After the initial deep-clean, the remaining visits will be maintenance barring special events or disasters.

 

Mileage

We will charge the standard mileage rate of 58.5 cents from 30 miles outside of the center of Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Cancellations

We clean on an as-needed basis or on a subscription basis for additional savings. There will be a cancellation fee of $25 if a scheduled cleaning is not cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment for as-needed services only.

Our Cleaning Attire

We will clean fully clothed, which is similar to gym-wear during the winter months and shorts and t-shirt during warm weather. If you choose partially dressed, we will take requests, but you can expect something similar to lingerie.
